Having a damaged left foot from an old riding accident I have trouble finding any type of shoe/boot that will not cause me pain after walking/riding for a short period of time. I've suffered for years until I found this Ariat Terrain shoe. It's like I'm wearing house-shoes; I"m finally out of pain. (My husband bought a pair with steel toes, for work, and he agrees it's the most comfort he's ever had on his feet.)

The only complaint is that my spurs do not rest well on the heel, and will flop up & down. If you don't wear spurs you don't have to worry about this little problem. Otherwise these shoes are like heaven for your feet. I HIGHLY recommend the Ariat Terrain.
